I heard that Mr. Met and Condy Rice are going to make a run for the GOP nod in 2008. Could you imagine if Mr. Met was President of the United States? It would be awesome. I could just imagine him meeting other heads of state, having dinner with the Queen of England, visiting the troops in Iraq (although he would be an easy target, especially for a head shot).
I think if enough rumors spread that it was really Bill Clinton under the Mr. Met head people would vote for him. (Thereby avoiding the constitutional prohibition against a 3rd term and letting people believe that their apparently new favorite president (not sure why) would be president again). In reality, I think Pedro Martinez should be under the huge head (or Mookie McFly).
Hopefully the Mets sweep the Giants, I don't like them and it will shut up the Mad Dog for a couple of minutes. Barry is being a pussy today and sitting out the game (supposedly at his manager's request).
How about those Yankees? 13 and a half back? Ha ha. I'm not ready to count them out yet, but still, ha ha.

Baseball is exciting again. The Mets keep putting distance between themselves and the Braves, but choke on it when they play head-to-head.
I would never, ever vote for Condi Rice. Bush used her like a tampon. She was so totally clueless when 9/11 hit. You could tell she was hoping that NSA would be a resume-booster.
